- Participate in developing reporting system for the group of companies;
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Conducting cost and revenue analysis;
- Assist with monthly payroll;
- Annual budgeting and forecasting for the group;
- Management of funder and shareholder documentation as necessary;
- Manage and review corporate tax and VAT returns;
- Analyse and provide financial information to other departments;
- Be in touch with consultants to answer requests;
- Different ad-hoc tasks.
Namizədə tələblər:
- 5+ years accounting experience;
- ACCA/CPA/ACA or similar qualification is big advantage
- Good understanding of accounting standards;
- Experience of dealing with corporate VAT and tax;
- Previous experience working in a similar professional services environment;
- Well-developed analytical and numerical skills;
- Advanced working knowledge of standard software packages, including Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel skills (Very strong excel spreadsheet skills);
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships that promote goal achievement and contribute to an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect;
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, analyse and resolve problems in a collaborative and/or independent manner.
- Good command of English is must and Russian is big advantage.
