Bir Ecosystem is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Ecosystem Performance Management Team. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting..

• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; good command of English is required

• Up to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Miro, SQL, Dataiku are strong advantages)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong prioritization skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Experience in e-commerce or fintech is a strong advantage

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making

• Participate in the development and implementation of performance management activities (including strategic planning, modeling, budgeting, KPI setting, etc.) for strategic assets

• Perform product analysis, including conversion, retention rates, and product-specific metrics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with ecosystem companies, Data & Innovation streams, external partners, and consultants

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations, providing analytical support to senior leadership on both a periodic and ad hoc basis

• Support Ecosystem Associates in day-to-day activities

• Monitor global ecosystem, e-commerce, and fintech players to identify key trends and insights
