- Continuously improves the agile adoption within the teams
- Fosters self-organization and transparent and adaptive team culture within the team
- Develops, tracks and monitors agile metrics on things that impact value driven delivery
- Removes blockers/ impediments that prevent the teams from completing sprint commitments and delivering value and acts as team’s servant leader
- Supports/ partners with and coach Product Owners in arranging the Product Backlog and value/ cost prioritization to maximize value.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration within team, in Tribes and between the team and the rest of the organization
- Participates in and contributes to planning process (Quarterly Business Review) and other ceremonies as needed.
- Facilitates agile ceremonies to ensure teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
- Collaborates with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
Namizədə tələblər:
- 2+ years of work experience in agile practices and roles, transformation, change management and /or consultancy business
- Experience in working in software development area is highly preferred
- Having a critical thinking approach generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, facilitation, conflict management and team building.
- University degree in Business and/ or Information Technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including facilitation, coaching and conflict management.
