Quantity Surveyor

Role Synopsis: 

• Quantity Surveyor reports to Cost Control Manager. Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparation of estimation and controlling of project package and operational costs.

Key Accountabilities:    

• Preparing of RFQ, RFP, tender package documents.
• Holding formal procedure for vendor pre-qualification process.
• Preparation of bidder lists, comparison bid tables, tender recommendations, post tender clarifications and other tender related documents.
• Preparing requests to legal department for contract preparation.
• Evaluating interim payments, change orders from subcontractors against project budget.
• Preparation of final accounts.
• Tracking of Defects Liability back charges.
• Updating of RFP, RFQ, Tender log.
• Reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of methods, procedures, and construction cost estimating
• Good organizing skills, team management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business management, finance, or related faculties.
• Good planning skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
• Proficiency in English and Russian language
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Business/financial management expertise
• Good presentation skills.
