Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with the public including clients, public media, partners, interested parties, and so on;
• Administration of corporate and social networks of the company;
• Ensure high-quality media coverage for the company’s' websites and PR materials in a social network;
• Manage public-related promotional events; prepare and execute promotional campaigns;
• Draft and prepare for the publication of press releases, news, and articles in accordance with the company’s policies and guidelines;
• Maintain good relationship with the public media including local advertising firms and national magazines and e-newspapers;
• Give a brief introduction about the company in press conferences, public events, and other events;
• Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, presentations, films, and multimedia programs;
• Responsible for website content, regular update new information;
• Recording and analysis expenditures related to PR activity for the annual budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in PR/Corporate Communication field;
• University Degree (Communications, Media, Public Relations, Journalism);
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in writing media releases, articles and externally focused communications for a range of audiences;
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software;
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri and English, knowledge of the Russian language will be a privilege.
