- Provide assistance in project management as well as project acquisition activities;
- Preparation of administrative and supporting documents for tender applications;
- Contacting potential partner companies and experts for tender applications;
- Ensuring timely deliverable of tasks;
- Performing other related duties daily assigned by the employer.
Namizədə tələblər:- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in project management, management, business administration, public administration);
- Ability to use Azerbaijani language in professional level and adhere to the official language norms (phonetic norms, lexical rules, grammar);
- Fluency in English is a MUST;
- Additional language is an asset;
- Professional ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, Teams, Zoom, Skype effectively;
- Experience in working with EU, WB and ADB projects is an advantage
- Strong persuasion and presentation skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Effective teamwork skills;
- Time management skills, ability to plan his/her time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
