Birbank Travel is our in-app travel experience: booking flights and hotels, and rewarding customers through the All Airlines ecosystem. We're growing this stream and looking for a Product Product Owner to own it end to end.  You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Birbank Travel. You'll turn business goals into a prioritized backlog, work daily with engineering and design to ship, and manage the partner and data relationships that make a travel marketplace work. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue, customer growth, and retention. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or travel/OTA. 
• Proven track record of shipping mobile products that users love. 
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, Google Analytics, SQL). 
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience; fluent with tools like Jira and Confluence. 
• Solid understanding of API integrations and payment/checkout flows. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
• Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent/native) and English (professional working proficiency). 

Nice-to-have 

• Experience in travel-tech: flight/hotel booking, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre), IATA processes, or dynamic pricing. 
• Experience with loyalty, miles, or rewards programs. 
• Familiarity with payments compliance (PCI DSS) and data-protection regulation. 
• Russian language. 
• A strong sense for UX and customer experience.

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the travel vertical, aligned with overall Birbank goals. 
• Translate business objectives into a clear, prioritized backlog with well-written user stories and acceptance criteria. 
• Lead the full product lifecycle — discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration — for flight, hotel, and travel-rewards features. 
• Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, and compliance to deliver a seamless mobile experience. 
• Manage relationships with travel partners and aggregators (flight/hotel APIs, GDS, OTAs) and evaluate new integrations. 
• Define, track, and improve key metrics: conversion, GMV, take rate, attach rate, retention, and NPS. 
• Run user research and A/B tests to validate ideas and continuously improve the funnel. 
• Ensure the product meets regulatory, payment, and data-protection requirements. 
• Own go-to-market together with marketing and analyze results post-launch.
