We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for the presentation and management of banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts, deposits, etc.) via the Personal Cabinet (mobile/web).

In this role, you will balance customer needs, business goals, and technological capabilities to transform the Personal Cabinet into the bank's primary digital sales and self-service platform.

Strong understanding of the working principles of banking products

(loans, credit cards, limits, interest, payment schedules, etc.)

Practical experience in Agile and product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Discovery/Delivery)

Ability to work with digital products and customer flows (funnels)

At least 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager

Effective communication with technical and business teams

Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making

Experience with mobile banking, internet banking or self-service platforms

Knowledge of digital sales of credit, card or other financial products

UX research, usability testing and customer feedback

Experience with API, core banking, CRM and risk systems

Using Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma and similar tools

Product ownership of functionalities for all banking products (loans, cards, accounts, deposits, etc.) presented in the personal cabinet

Formulation of business requirements in the form of user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritized backlog

Working according to Scrum/Kanban principles within the Agile Squad

Coordination with UX/UI, IT, Risk, Compliance, Marketing and Operations teams

Monitoring and optimizing KPI and product metrics (conversion, activation, usage, approval rate, NPS, etc.)

Proper integration of bank internal rules, risk models and regulatory requirements into the product

Application of A/B tests, feature rollout and continuous improvement approach
