Product Owner

• Cooperate with the bank’s back office and front office structural units for identification of their needs;
• Create technical tasks for the development team;
• Participate in creation of new products, processes and services in cooperation with business team;
• Write test cases, and test them;
• Control product compliance with customer requirements (in production);
• Prepare status reports/pieces of information at the request of management regarding ongoing tasks.

• At least 2 years of experience in banking IT system development projects (in agile team preferably);
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and MSQL;
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills;
• Solid Russian and/or English language knowledge;
• Data management skills;
• Background in the assessment of the effectiveness of potential/current business projects (calculation of qualitative and quantitative indicators);
• Proven track record of working with outsourced service providers and vendors;
• Understanding of software solutions for the collection process in the banks;
• Experience in integration and configuration of smart telephony & dialers (Webitel or similar solutions).
