Tendering:
- Configure tenders on an e-sourcing platforms of Clients;
- Constant communication with clients to stay updated on upcoming tenders
- Accept tender biddings and distribute to team accordingly
- Oversee the execution of client tender related activities – understanding requirements, planning, submission and post order deliveries
- Thoroughly read/understand tender requirements and prepare submittal documents accordingly
- Submission of qualification documentations on pre-big stage
- Guide team through tender process to make sure submittal is well prepared

Procurement:

- Manage vendors and make sure they meet company requirements
- Sourcing of materials from local and international vendors
- Communicating and qualifying vendors for tender specifications
- Ensure that international vendors & products meet the quality requirements of specific tenders
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with local & international vendors for sourcing of materials for clients / projects
- Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements
- Organize supply chain & logistics of materials purchased from overseas
- Organize smooth transportation and customs clearance of products
- Organize timely deliveries of products to projects/clients

Namizədə tələblər:

Professional/Personal skills:

- University Degree (preferably Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting);

- Masters degree is a plus

- Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, procurement, supply chain & logistics;

- Experience with of global supply chain & logistics

- Experience in Oil Gas industry is a must

- Experience in Tender processes with big regional Oil & Gas companies such as BP, Saipem, Halliburton and etc.

- Experience and knowledge of international purchasing & document submittal;

- Experience with local customs & brokerage agents

- Fluency in spoken and written English and Azerbaijani; Russian is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with difficult and delicate situations professionally and tactfully;

- Excellent problem solving and organization skills;

- Good interpersonal and communication skills;

- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications;

- Knowledge of 1C software;

- Excellent logical skills, problem solving abilities and detail orientation;

- Well organized and structured, able to prioritize and deal with multitasking;

- Advanced use of MS Office is a must; MS Project is a plus
