- Build, expand and maintain a strong network of contacts with influencers, in the main national media channels, in social media and elsewhere;
- Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs;
- Manage the social media platforms of the Organization on a high-level ;
- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns;
- Write/edit articles/op-eds/speeches/press releases for publication in the national media and public events;
- Organize events in related fields (such as interviews, press conferences, ceremonies), source speakers and seek out cooperation opportunities;
- Organize cultural and social projects, dealing with suppliers, artists and venues.
- Connections and understanding in operations of Civil Society ,NGOs and cultural and religious organizations;
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, press, and related organizations;
- Additional tasks as required by the Organization.
Namizədə tələblər:- Higher education degree, following fields can be of advantage: Communications and media, Journalism, Marketing, Social sciences.
- High level of knowledge in maintaining active social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Language skills: Excellent English: writing, reading and speaking. A high native-level Russian and Azerbaijani.
- Experience in working with international organizations, promotion and communication.
- Knowledge and understanding of the national political, media, culture, academic and social systems.
- Good knowledge of graphic design;
- Medium level websites editing;

- Having the ability to network and maintain a good relationship with media outlets.
