Main responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provides full administrative support to CEO by answering, screening and transferring phone calls
• Coordinates and administrates CEO’s calendar, receives and directs visitors and clients
• Provides tea/coffee to CEO’s visitors and clients
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Prepares agendas for meetings and schedules
• Records, compiles, transcribes and distributes minutes of meetings
• Monitors incoming correspondence
• Prepares and modifies documents such as emails, reports, official letters
• Retrieves documents from e-filing system
• Proceeds with necessary office administrative duties
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• High education in relevant field
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
