• Administer and maintain SWIFT Worldwide Payments systems.
• Manage and monitor local payment systems such as AZIPS, XOHKS, and IPS, ensuring uninterrupted operation and compliance with Central Bank regulations.
• Serve as system administrator for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) platforms, primarily Siron KYC / AML / Embargo.
• Perform independent system upgrades, patch installations, and maintenance of payment applications.
• Troubleshoot technical and business process issues in Siron and payment systems (SWIFT, AZIPS, XOHKS, IPS).
• Work closely with IT, Compliance, Risk, and Operations departments to ensure the integrity and security of payment flows.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, operational logs, and audit trails.
• Participate in testing, disaster recovery planning, and release management for payment and compliance platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, certificate services, file access control).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payment systems administration or IT infrastructure within a financial institution or enterprise environment.
• Practical understanding of local payment systems such as AZIPS, XOHKS, and IPS.
• Experience with Siron AML / KYC / Embargo systems, including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, file and certificate services).
• Working knowledge of email infrastructure (Exchange Server, SMTP relays) and system monitoring tools (Event Viewer, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SSL/TLS certificates and their management.
• Understanding of AML/KYC and compliance processes in a banking environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English ; Russian is an advantage.

Nice to Have (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience in disaster recovery  infrastructure environments.
• Basic scripting ability for automation or monitoring.
