Operational Manager

We are looking for an Operational manager in the delivery sector.  As an Opeational manager, you will empower your teams while managing them to achieve set goals on the operation side and great customer interactions.

What you will do: 

-  Define, develop and communicate the Service Delivery operations process and procedures.

- Provide input into the development of a tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy

- Ensure the successful transition and operation of Services Contracts

- Being in the main role to  develop financial targets  and identify opportunities to minimize cost or increase sales/ revenue

- Develop processes and approaches that enable a continuous improvement program

- Provide accurate and timeous reporting and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. 

- Working collaboratively sickly with Contractural and Marketing managers.

We are looking for: 

• Has a good knowledge of delivery services
• Has good attitude and patient
•  Can communicate well and manage  in a team 
• Has analytics view
• Has operational and  marketing background
• Has to experience in the delivery sector is a huge advantage ( like food, taxi, and parcel delivery)
• Languages:  English, Russian and Azerbaijani
