We are a newly formed tech company, but our management team comprises a group of highly experienced personnel in the different fields.
We providing a wide range mainly online financial services from the payment of utilities to sports betting.
Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Control correspondences, e-mails and calls
• Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience in office management and reception
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
• Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
