- Monitor environment, applications etc. performance and availability using network monitoring tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues, escalating to appropriate teams for resolution when necessary.
- Analyze network traffic patterns and performance data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following established procedures and protocols.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and changes to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide after-hours support as needed.
Tələblər:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in network, environment, application management/monitoring or a similar role.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Desire Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting technologies such as PRTG, Zabbix, Icinga, Dynatrace, Elastic/Kibana, OEM, Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager, PagerDuty
- Desire Experience with troubleshooting of Linux, Windows Services
- Desire Experience and Understanding of Infrastructure environments – VMware, storage, networks, databases, etc.
- Desire knowledge with Docker, K8s, Kafka, and other DevOps relevant tech stacks
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
