• Gain knowledge about the work environment and work ethics as well as skills in planning, monitoring and evaluation, management, email writing, coordination and administration skills.

• Develop and strengthen competencies required for your internship.

• Participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate updates, create contingency plans.

• Assist in analysing sell-in and sell-out data and compares result to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing program.

• Help create new and fun on-field promotions.

• Support distributed marketing material in the community.

• Assist in measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services.

• Assist in monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms.

• Must be a recent marketing graduate or current senior pursuing a degree in public relations, business administration, marketing or a related field.
• No experience is required to apply. Some digital marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills. Must be proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand the needs of our clients and how to cater services to their needs.
• Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service and strong work-ethic.
• Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
• Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani and English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
• Excellent written and grammar skills.
• Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS:

Hours: This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position which may result in a permanent full-time offer in the future.
Environment: Regular work hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
