1. Central MarCom Governance
- Act as the single entry point for all marketing communication requests
- Build and manage a transparent intake, prioritization and execution system
- Align marketing activities with business goals and priorities
- Ensure structured communication between all stakeholders
2. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate marketing activities across:
- Sellers
- Logistics
- Internal teams
- Ensure alignment between:
- business needs
- creative execution
- marketing channels
- Manage workload distribution and execution flow
3. Marketing campaigns for sellers and logistics
- Oversee execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Ensure timelines, dependencies and quality are controlled
- Support delivery of both tactical and large-scale campaigns
- Work with sellers to launch marketing activities
- Process and execute seller-related marketing requests
- Integrate sellers into campaigns and promotions
- Ensure alignment with internal teams (Seller tribe / Marketing)
- Support marketing initiatives related to logistics (delivery, PUDO, etc.)
- Coordinate launches and communications for logistics features
- Work with logistics team to execute campaigns
4. BTL & Events Leadership
- Plan and execute offline activations and events
- Manage vendors, production and on-ground execution
- Ensure events contribute to business and brand objectives
5. Merch & Marketing Assets Ownership
- Own and control marketing merchandise and gifts inventory
- Build and maintain a structured tracking system (stock, usage, allocation)
- Ensure efficient usage aligned with campaigns and priorities
6. Budget Management & Efficiency
- Manage and track marketing operational budgets
- Ensure transparency, efficiency and control of spending
- Support decision-making based on ROI and effectiveness of activities
- Work with Finance and Procurement on planning and reporting
7. Data & Performance Mindset
- Use data to evaluate:
- campaign performance
- resource allocation
- effectiveness of activities
- Contribute to improving marketing efficiency and decision-making
