• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
• Update customer data and produce activity reports
• Walk customers through problem solving process
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
• Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
• Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
• Ensures that all network systems are functioning and communicating properly. Systems include server hardware, server software, firewalls, routers, network switches, VPNs, cabling, wireless, phone systems, security devices, etc.
• Maintain system efficiency.
• Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Make recommendations for future upgrades.
• Analyze and isolate issues.
• Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
• Identify user needs.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

• Education:  Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
• At least 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Foreign Language: English, Russian
• Microsoft/Linux/Cisco Certification is an advantage . 
• Understanding of networking protocols & procedures.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FTP, internet protocols
• Technical expertise in server, network, virtualization, and peripheral device maintenance, installation, and management
