IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Serves as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs. Manages and leads from concept thru delivery to support using product management principles.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder, interviews, workshops, and collaborative analysis to define clear and actionable objectives.
• Design and develop detailed functional and technical specifications for software solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
• Create business process models to identify gaps and opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products from initial conception through development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and training materials for stakeholders and end-users.
• Actively prepare for and participate in Agile ceremonies, including grooming sessions, ensuring smooth communication and alignment among team members.
• Perform advanced data analysis using various tools and methodologies to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Support system implementation, testing, and ongoing improvement initiatives to ensure quality and long-term value.

Skills and abilities:

• Fluency with Data Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to uncover insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Analytical Thinking Strong ability to analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions.
• Technical Expertise Proficiency in business intelligence tools, and various data analysis methodologies to uncover actionable insights.
• Product Management Demonstrated capability to manage end-to-end product and feature lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Documentation Exceptional skill in creating clear and detailed documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and training materials.
• Agile Practices In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, actively contributing to Agile ceremonies and fostering team collaboration.
• Communication Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and effectively liaise between business, product and technical teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration and alignment.
• Problem-Solving Strong aptitude for identifying challenges and implementing solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.
• Technology Evaluation Experience evaluating and recommending technology solutions that align with strategic business objectives and industry standards.
• Adaptability Comfortable managing rapidly changing priorities and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Working hours:

• We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
