- Develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, and tools of HR unit;
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides;
- Work in liaison with key stakeholders e.g., budget, strategy, and establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and task;
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization;
- Ensure legal compliance of HR state and update policies and/or procedures as required;
- Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments;
- Monitor and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual HR reports and analytics.
