  • Revision and keeping up to date all HR policies and procedures in accordance with new trends and requirements;
  • Supervising the talent acquisition across the Company;
  • Coordination of Talent management across the Corporate Center;
  • Planning and coordination of new employees’ orientation and onboarding;
  • Supervision of performance review process; 
  • Supervision of the compensation and benefits plan;
  • Management of resolution and investigation of employee relations issues;
  • Providing inputs and further coordination of HR operations budget;
  • Conduction of stay and exit interviews;
  • Supervision of all administrative issues across the company;
  • Coordination of corporate events such as Teambuilding, networking and other; 
  • Supervision of the Group Loyalty program.

Namizədə tələblər:
  • 6+ years of experience in function;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders;
  • Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
  • The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization;
  • Availability of related certificates is beneficial;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Clear, concise communications;
