- Revision and keeping up to date all HR policies and procedures in accordance with new trends and requirements;
- Supervising the talent acquisition across the Company;
- Coordination of Talent management across the Corporate Center;
- Planning and coordination of new employees’ orientation and onboarding;
- Supervision of performance review process;
- Supervision of the compensation and benefits plan;
- Management of resolution and investigation of employee relations issues;
- Providing inputs and further coordination of HR operations budget;
- Conduction of stay and exit interviews;
- Supervision of all administrative issues across the company;
- Coordination of corporate events such as Teambuilding, networking and other;
- Supervision of the Group Loyalty program.

- 6+ years of experience in function;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders;
- Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills;
- The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization;
- Availability of related certificates is beneficial;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Working knowledge of MS Office;
- Clear, concise communications;
