Key Responsibilities:
- Event management: logistics, registrations, materials, catering, follow up, etc.;
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels;
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts;
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports;
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.);
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system;
- Partner with Finance and HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
- Manage reception and internal distribution of mailing and courier;
- Help in planning in-house or off-site activities, like company events, meetups and conferences
- Office admin tasks: welcome guests, arrange meeting rooms, prepare meetings;
- Assis in vendor relationship management;
- Prepare, manage and review the provision of high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions and notes to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy and timelines of written information;
- Research and prepare strategic advice, information and reports on planning and operational matters to facilitate informed decision making and planning;
- Contribute to projects to support the achievement of organization level strategic and operational objectives;
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director or the authorized person.

- Junior, Senior or Resent Graduate (BSc/ BA, MSc/MA or MBA) in the business administration, managements, or related field;
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
- Desire to advance career in HR, Project Management or Finance;
- Knowledge of an English language (at least intermediate level), Russian is desired;
- Proficiency in software applications;
- General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively well with diverse groups;
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and efficient;
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures;
- Knowledge of business and management principles;
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner);
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Preference will be given to those with MBA education and Project Management activities.
- High-level reading, writing and speaking skills in Chinese, Arabic, Persian, English, Russian, Georgian, German, French;
- Salary: Based on interview;
- Working schedule: 6 days, 09:00 – 18:00.
