Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using Django, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

• Build and optimize dynamic, responsive web applications using Next.js and modern frontend technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features, ensuring seamless frontend-backend integration.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct thorough unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, providing efficient technical solutions.

• Adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks to keep up with industry trends.

• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with team members, and take initiative to solve problems and propose improvements.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Python/Django for backend development.

• Strong experience with Next.js and React for building dynamic, high-performance frontend applications.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/SCSS).

• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.

• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API).

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with database optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Django's testing tools.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Strong understanding of performance optimization (e.g., lazy loading, code-splitting, caching).

• Solid grasp of security principles and best practices for web applications.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, containerization tools like Docker.

• Experience with frontend performance optimization and SEO for SSR/SSG applications.
