The position
In the role of Field Sales Manager, you will build district sales capability and manage sales team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical territory.
Nature and scope of Main accountabilities
• Ensure district sales performance
• Develop and ensure execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within national sales strategy
• Ensure registration of customer contacts of direct reports (and own) in corporate system
• Register dual visit reports/coaching report in corporate system
• Manage and motivate direct reports in sales team to drive revenue growth
• Develop team members
• Work according to Business Ethics procedures
• Work according to local law, NNWay and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and set targets for the sales team
• Collect customer and market feedback and report the same to the organization
• Monitor sales team performance, analyse sales data, make periodical forecast and report to management
Qualifications
• University degree
• Min 1 year of sales management experience in a similar market
• Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical/diabetes market situation is preferable
• Command of English and Russian would be an advantage Experienced MS Office user
