- Assist in establishing Executive Management Committees’ charters and annual work plans, jointly with Legal team
- Provide executive secretarial support for Executive Management Committees (hereinafter, Committees)
- Ensure meetings take place in accordance with annual work plan
- Prepare committee materials/presentations, set up agendas, organize and attend the Committee meetings
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, providing prompt and customer-focused service
- Prepare, document and retain the minutes, briefs and protocols
- Prepare and provide periodic reports on implementation of Committees’ annual work plan
- Provide storage and archive of proper filings and records, including those of a confidential and sensitive nature
- Provide ad-hoc management reporting when requested, prepare group presentation
- Liaison (coordination, registration and tracking of queries) between group Companies and Holding, provide administrative support for Executive Management members
- Execute Superior’s verbal and written instructions and assignments
Namizədə tələblər:- Higher education in Economics or relative fields; Business Administration (MBA is an advantage)
- Two years of experience in executive secretarial jobs or similar administrative roles
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages; Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office (in particular MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio andMS Power Point)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communicator
- Strong and other visualization / presentation tools knowledge
