- Attend calls and meetings; capture actions and maintain action list to ensure follow up;
- Assists upper management with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments;
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concern addressed to the upper management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response;
- Undertake special projects under the supervision of upper management and perform other duties as needed.
Namizədə tələblər:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word);
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized;
- Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian);
