Öhdəliklər:

• Create customer centric funding products considering best in class customer experience in all product channels;
• Identify opportunities and define product vision according to strategy
• Defining product release plans / roadmaps and driving timely and successful achievement of these roadmaps through quarterly plantings
• Streamline and strengthen end-to-end process for the product launch
• Lead cross-functional product team through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations;
• Effectively manage stakeholder while ensuring strong collaboration and communication across teams within bank
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;
• Conducting business analysis by forecasting and gauging product profit and loss
• Managing a backlog of features and functionalities that deliver continued value for our customers and competency for our business
• Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas of improvement for deposit products and funding services

Tələblər:

• Minimum 4 years of knowledge and experience in banking or relevant specialist knowledge in product management credit products (cash loans, credit cards)
• Successful integration projects with external partners based on API
• Completion of qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications
• Knowledge of credit products P&L and financial modelling skills
• Knowledge of general banking systems architecture and business analysis/analytics skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Strong presentation skills;
