- Work closely with product owners, and data analysts to analyze the customer behavior patterns.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of product terms and conditions.
- Analyze research data and provide actionable insights to improve the overall customer experience.
- Create customer segmentation based on research findings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our target audience.
- Clearly understand purpose and usage of CX metrics throughout the customer journey.
- Design and analyze Customer Journey Maps to help the product team find out the pain points and possibilities to improve each contact made by customer
- Clearly communicate research findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including presenting insights in a compelling and understandable manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer experience research techniques.
Tələblər:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing or CX research;
- Proven experience conducting research on customer needs and expectations, satisfaction, brand awareness and perceptions, product features testing and analyzing research data with visualization;
- Experience in traditional or digital marketing is an advantage.
