- Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog. Shape and own the product road-map;
- Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;
- Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis;
- Be the liaison between the business unit teams and development/technology teams;
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;
- Identifying areas of improvement;
- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
Namizədə tələblər:
- Undergraduate degree or higher;
- 3+ years of strong experience in product development;
- Experience in cross sales, personalized offerings, lead generation, customer behavior modeling, customer segmentation and campaign management;
- High data competency, running data driven backlog
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
