• Defining the vision for the team’s product, creation and prioritization product backlog. Shape and own the product road-map;
• Lead cross-functional product teams through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders;
• Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis; 
• Be the liaison between the business unit teams and development/technology teams;
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;
• Identifying areas of improvement;
• Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Undergraduate degree or higher; 
• 3+ years of strong experience in product development; 
• Experience in cross sales, personalized offerings, lead generation, customer behavior modeling, customer segmentation and campaign management;
• High data competency, running data driven backlog 
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
