The ideal Chargeback Specialist should have strong analytical and documentation skills, a solid understanding of payment systems and dispute regulations, and the ability to assess evidence and make informed decisions. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders are essential for ensuring accurate case processing, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or any relevant field;

At least 2 years of work experience in the banking sector (in the card services field);

Familiarity with the rules and regulations of Payment Systems (Visa/MasterCard/BKM);

Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of Russian is desirable;

Proficiency in working with MS Office and SQL programs;

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, among other skills etc.

Investigating and assessing incoming domestic and international disputes;

Receiving, registering, and efficiently processing dispute inquiries;

Monitoring dispute accounts and carrying out process-related oversight;

Collecting, verifying, and organizing required documentation, and coordinating with relevant internal and external parties;

Preparing decisions related to dispute outcomes and communicating results to the appropriate stakeholders;

Monitoring updates and innovations in payment systems and implementing them in daily operations;

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulations, and operational standards;

Preparing periodic reports on dispute processes and presenting them to management;

Providing recommendations for process improvements to reduce operational risks;

Ensuring effective teamwork and communication within the department.
