- To lead HR Business Partnering team to deliver creative, pragmatic support and guidance to the organization;
- To ensure our people related polices are fair, inclusive, reasoned and commercially sound;
- To work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their workforce requirements, short, medium and long-term;
- To work collaboratively with the OD team to define and implement key strategic projects across our organization;
- To provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
- To manage the performance appraisal process: setting targets, mid-yearly reviews, 360-degree appraisals, annual appraisals;
- To coordinate of communication and activity between IR Business Partners and relevant structural units;
- To analyze HR metrics, preparing reports and making suggestions for improving processes;
- To analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- To manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
- To develop the structures, systems, processes and policies necessary to support effective service delivery.

- Data driven, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience in Power BI/ Oracle BI or other data management tools

- University degree, professional accreditation (CIPD chartership or equivalent)

- Strong judgment and experience in working with senior leaders and influencing multiple stakeholders
