  • To lead HR Business Partnering team to deliver creative, pragmatic support and guidance to the organization;
  • To ensure our people related polices are fair, inclusive, reasoned and commercially sound;
  • To work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their workforce requirements, short, medium and long-term;
  • To work collaboratively with the OD team to define and implement key strategic projects across our organization;
  • To provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
  • To manage the performance appraisal process: setting targets, mid-yearly reviews, 360-degree appraisals, annual appraisals;
  • To coordinate of communication and activity between IR Business Partners and relevant structural units;
  • To analyze HR metrics, preparing reports and making suggestions for improving processes;
  • To analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
  • To manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
  • To develop the structures, systems, processes and policies necessary to support effective service delivery.
Namizədə tələblər:
  • Data driven, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, experience in Power BI/ Oracle BI or other data management tools
  • Passionate about agile, willing to work with agile methodologies and in agile environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to support multiple priorities
  • Consultation
  • Critical Evaluation/Critical thinking
  • Cultural Awareness
  • 7+ years of experience in HR
  • University degree, professional accreditation (CIPD chartership or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English / Russian knowledge is preffered
  • Broad expertise and deep knowledge of HR theory, functions, practice, systems, and models. Curious learner with growth mindset, excellent business acumen
  • Strong judgment and experience in working with senior leaders and influencing multiple stakeholders
