- Analyze and understand complex information by making connections among business strategy, financials, and market dynamics (incl. best practices);
- Support/perform financial due diligence to gain a better understanding of current financial situation and assess prospects of portfolio companies;
- Support/conduct economic and/or operational feasibility analysis studies as per approved strategic plan for ecosystem expansion opportunities;
- Identify and validate KPIs (key performance indicators) to accurately measure performance of portfolio companies against achieving their mission and strategic priorities;
- Administer strategic and annual performance management process of portfolio companies, incl. objective/target setting, tracking and evaluation;
- Support internal and cross functional projects (or use cases);
- Maintain communication and relations with key stakeholders across portfolio companies, functions, streams and external parties;
- Facilitate business and organizational alignment among portfolio companies, functions and streams by cooperating with key contact persons;
Namizədə tələblər:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Strategy or Business Management fields;
- 4 years of professional experience in financial services, digital businesses, e-commerce, fintech, consumer products/retail, private equity, venture capital areas;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
- Experience with analytical (e.g. Excel, Alteryx, DataIKU) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI) tools is an advantage;
- CFA, FMVA certification;
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
