Business Analyst
Main responsibilities
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing requirements
• Manage communication between business and technical teams
• Create clear and concise documentation
• Manage user acceptance testing
• Ability to elicit business requirements and translate into technical solution design documents
• Define key metrics to evaluate the success of the business, team, and new features
• Build dashboards to track the progress of feature rollouts and the long-term success of products
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses about the product through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
• Analyze opportunities and problems to drive product prioritization and strategy
• Collaborate with data analysts and developers to ensure and improve product design, development, accuracy, and reliability
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the impact of new product features
Requirements
• Education: min bachelors in Business Administration or Information Systems
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in system development and design
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledge of business area and business process management
