We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Django and Python, with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using Django, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

• Design, build, and optimize APIs and backend systems to support robust applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement backend architectures that align with project goals.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct thorough unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.

• Optimize backend processes and queries for speed and scalability using optimized SQL or Django ORM.

• Debug and troubleshoot backend-related issues, providing efficient technical solutions.

• Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks to implement improvements and ensure best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with team members, and take initiative to propose backend improvements.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.

• Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with database optimization techniques.

• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Django's testing tools.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Solid grasp of security principles and best practices for backend applications.

• Experience with performance optimization techniques, such as caching and query optimization.

• Strong skills in Python typing and type hints.

• Experience with asynchronous task processing tools like Celery.

• Experience with message brokers such as Redis and RabbitMQ.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WebSocket-based applications.

• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and containerization tools like Docker.

• Proficiency in asynchronous programming.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Initiative-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks efficiently.

• Strong leadership mindset to mentor team members and contribute to architectural discussions.
