- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone as well as e-mail and direct them to relevant staff;
- Provide administrative support including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling meetings and reserving meeting rooms;
- Greet and welcome visitors when they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and office;
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair and restock when necessary;
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material;
- Other duties relevant to role as assigned by the Line Manager.
Namizədə tələblər:- High Education;
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or a Reception;
- Good command of Microsoft Office;
- Azerbaijani, English languages are must, Russian language is desirable;
- Professional customer service attitude and effective teamwork skills;
- Multitasking and time management skills, the ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
