Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage and oversee all accounting operations
•    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS
•    Supervise preparation and submission of tax, social, and statistical reports
•    Coordinate payroll, vacation, and business trip calculations
•    Oversee bank transactions and payment orders
•    Provide financial consulting and internal reporting to management
•    Lead the accounting team and assign responsibilities
•    Ensure compliance with local legislation and accounting standards
•    Advise clients and internal departments on accounting and tax matters
•    Analyze financial data and support decision-making processes

Requirements:
•    Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial consulting
•    Strong knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations
•    Proficiency in 1C and other accounting software
•    Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
•    Strong leadership and team management abilities
•    Attention to detail and analytical thinking
•    English proficiency (Russian is a plus)
