Bir Ecosystem is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Strategy Analyst. The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Min. CFA level 1 is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel
• Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools (e.g., Think-cell)
• Good communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce is beneficial.

• Support the development and execution of the ecosystem strategy across Fintech, Payments, and E-commerce verticals, identifying key growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Conduct financial analysis, business case development, and modeling to evaluate ecosystem assets and support data-driven strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the formulation and evaluation of strategic initiatives across ecosystem business lines, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Support strategic planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting and financial impact assessment for ecosystem activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance frameworks to track growth, efficiency, and value creation across ecosystem products and partnerships.
• Analyze product and transaction-level performance metrics to generate strategic insights.
• Prepare insight-driven reports and presentations for senior management, while monitoring global trends across fintech, payments, and e-commerce ecosystems.
