QA Expert

Responsible for developing and maintaining QA methodologies, including standards and best practices, while ensuring their integration across agile teams. Facilitates alignment through workshops and stakeholder engagement, prepares training materials, and manages process documentation. Leads change management initiatives for new QA practices, monitors key performance metrics, and fosters a culture of quality through internal trainings, guilds, and meetups.

QA Experience - At least 5 years of experience in QA

Knowledge of methodologies and standards

– Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban, DevOps practices

– Experience with process maturity models (TMMi, CMMI)

– ISTQB Advanced/Expert certifications or similar will be an advantage

Ability to design processes

– Skills in documenting and maintaining test playbooks, checklists, BPU documentation, RACI matrices, etc.

– Knowledge of STLC/SDLC/PDLC

Facilitation and training

– Experience in organizing and conducting workshops, meetups, and training sessions

– Ability to prepare and present materials (PowerPoint, Confluence, Miro, Wrike)

Process integration

– Experience in implementing QA methodologies in cross-functional teams

Document management and change control

– Experience in approving key documents and managing their versions

– Skills in planning and supporting the rollout of new practices, collecting and analyzing feedback

Working with metrics and tools

– Ability to define KPIs for QA processes, build dashboards (Excel, Tableau, etc.)

Communication and leadership skills

– Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to persuade and negotiate

– Proactiveness, responsibility, and result-oriented approach

Language skills

– Azerbaijani – native

– English – not lower than Intermediate (reading and drafting technical documentation, presentations)

• Development and maintenance of QA methodologies: standards, test playbooks, and best practices
• Integration of QA processes into tribes and squads: adaptation of methodologies to specific teams and projects
• Facilitation of meetings and workshops with Chapter Leads and stakeholders to align processes and share experience
