• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows is an advantage
• Basic understanding of mobile and web platforms

• Collaborate closely with the UX/UI design team to support the creation of user-centered digital interfaces
• Assist in researching and analyzing existing product experiences and proposing improvements
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for new or improved features
• Participate in visual design tasks using tools like Figma or similar design platforms
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders
• Support user research activities and usability testing processes
• Contribute to the overall development and enhancement of the bank’s digital products
