Exciting Opportunity: Procurement Specialist

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented procurement specialist to join our team at Design Bureau Az. If you have a passion for sourcing the best suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Organization and management of the procurement process.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with a strong understanding of procurement best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems is preferred.
