Operational Risk Specialist

• Support implementation of ERM programs including development of risk register, risk assessment and risk mapping of all relevant risks;
• Suggest risk indicators to measure operational risks;
• Work closely with group companies in the improvement of risk culture in organizations and successful implementation of risk culture projects and initiatives;
• Closely collaborate with the group risk team and stakeholders from group companies in the improvement of Risk Health Index (RHI), as well as development and enhancement of RHI metrics;
• Support in development of group wide Business Continuity and Recovery Plan document;
• Support in development of group-wide fraud risk management guide;
• Serve as a resource to internal and external stakeholders in the resolution of operational risk, compliance and reputation risk management issues and queries
• Support Group Risk Director in carrying out other responsibilities relevant to the job role. 

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Banking and/or related fields;
• At least 3 years of work experience with 2 years of relevant to the industry;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced  knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Advanced product and market knowledge;
• Function related certification is an advantage;
