In the role of Lead Public Relations & Corporate Communications Specialist you will drive the external and executive communication strategies for our comprehensive digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the public narrative of the brand, managing Tier-1 media relations, overseeing high-profile corporate events, and directly handling C-level executive communications. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly integrate messaging across various ecosystem brands (digital banking, e-commerce, payment systems) and strategic partnerships.

• Proven track record (ideally 5+ years) in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations, preferably within the fintech, banking, or large-scale digital ecosystem sectors.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with CEOs and top-tier management.
• Strong portfolio of successfully executed PR campaigns, published Tier-1 media pieces, and large-scale event management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.

• Draft, edit, and manage comprehensive communication strategies for the CEO and other C-suite executives.
• Prepare high-impact speeches, official statements, press quotes, and tailored social media content for senior leadership to enhance their industry presence.
• Ensure all executive messaging aligns with the broader ecosystem’s strategic goals and brand voice.

Media Relations & Global Outreach

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international Tier-1 media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with foreign media companies and PR agencies to expand the brand's footprint beyond local markets.
• Draft and distribute compelling press releases, media kits, and corporate boilerplates that effectively communicate the scale and impact of the digital ecosystem.

Strategic PR & Ecosystem Branding

• Develop and execute PR campaigns that highlight the integration and daily impact of the brand's diverse portfolio (mobile banking, e-commerce platforms, digital wallets, and payment terminals).
• Communicate the value of strategic national and international partnerships to the public and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage corporate reputation and provide crisis communication support when necessary.

High-Profile Event Management

• Spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale corporate events, anniversaries, and press conferences at premium national venues.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including VIP guest list curation, program development, official invitation protocols, and on-site media management.

Awards, Recognition & Corporate Visibility

• Identify relevant and prestigious local and international industry awards.
• Lead the application process by drafting compelling submissions that highlight the ecosystem’s innovations, leadership, and market dominance.
