ICT Teacher

• The ICT Teacher will be responsible for teaching the basics of information technology to Grades 1, 2, 3 & 4 according to the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
• Teaching and Learning Plan, prepare and deliver outstanding ICT lessons to provide students with the opportunity to achieve their potential.
• Ensure that lessons are engaging and stimulating taking into account the individual needs of the students.
• Manage, develop, and share resources to enhance the teaching of ICT and Computing.
• Contribute to objectives of the curriculum area within the school objectives and take part in an annual review of the subject and curriculum area.
• Prepare lesson plans and schemes of work as agreed with the Head of Faculty.
• Monitor the progress and achievement of the students following the course and identify the appropriate intervention strategies for underachieving students.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in the required field.
• 2 years of Experience of the same or a similar position in an international or private school setting.
• A very good command of both written and spoken English (B2 or better according to the
• Common European Framework for Languages)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Positive classroom management skills.
• A creative, solution-orientated and positive approach to all challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, IT or other equivalent professional qualifications
