- Responding to client support queries;
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access;
- Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware;
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems;
- Updating customer data and produce activity reports;
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for end users on a variety of issues;
- Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems;
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
Namizədə tələblər:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines;
- Experience as a Help Desk specialist or an IT-related position;
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Compliance with loyalty and company rules.
