For our Architecture team, we are looking for a skilled enterprise architect who will actively contribute to designing the IT architecture framework and guidelines, consistent with the IT strategy, sharing and effectively communicating them; cooperating with the Tribes and projects leaders in the project architecture definition, ensuring the IT projects can benefit from architectural compliance.

5 plus years in architecture or senior engineering roles in a complex distributed environment.

Proven track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from idea to shipped result.

Strong ability to influence without direct authority and align multiple stakeholders.

Ability to turn ambiguity into concrete plans with owners, deadlines, risks, and measurable outcomes.

Experience with migration, modernization, integration, or platform-wide change.

Hands-on enough to review APIs, data flows, failure modes, rollout plans, and operational risks.

Strong communication at both strategy and execution levels.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's is a plus.
