- Define, develop and implement the Data Strategy for PASHA Group to help establish an ecosystem.
- Drive the implementation of data governance and data catalogue across the Group.
- Foster understanding of the data management vision and conviction across organization.
- Maintain and further develop the data exchange and analytical platform.
- Lead data and analytics initiatives and ensure value maximization by facilitating collaboration and tracking advancement across all stakeholders.
- Guides data capability development and training programs within the organization together with Group HR.
- Develop skills through talent upgrading and continuous coaching.
- Drive cultural transformation and establish learning paths for data roles within PASHA Group.
- Perform yearly data capability maturity assessment across the Group.
Namizədə tələblər:
- 10+ years of experience with data, ideally with strategy and/or analytics experience;
- 5+ years in management/executive role;
- Deep understanding of data trends and monetization approaches;
- Experience drafting data roadmap in alignment with business needs;
- Passionate in technology;
- Deep knowledge in technology heavy industries, preferably banking, insurance and e-commerce;
- Experience conducting change in mid to large scale organizations;
- Ability to translate business needs into data needs;
- Strong decision making, leadership, communication and managerial skills, ability to guide, challenge and coach teams;
- Strong organization building skills including the ability to attract and develop new talent and to develop linkages with the company’s different functions;
- Strong analytical thinking;
- Strong participatory servant leadership skills;
