Candidate’s primary job functions will be preparing conceptual design drawings, construction documents, shop drawings, heat loss calculations, beam sizing, revising pre-drawn house plans a long with providing technical support for all customer or client field personnel.

• Bachelor degree in architecture or associates degree in residential design
• 5 years experience in the architectural field (residential preferred)
• Experienced with 3D modeling
• Great communication and organization skills
• Proficient using both AutoCAD 2012 & AutoCAD Architecture 2012 CAD platforms
• Experienced with preparing heat loss calculations
• Experienced in roof, wall and floor system design
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
